Because we specialize in placing legal and business personnel in New England, our policy at Legal Staffing Solutions is to, whenever possible, partner with recruiters in other cities when candidates are seeking employment outside of New England. Our reasoning is simple. We know more about the New England job market than anyone. We expect that recruiters in other cities know their home territory equally as well. Therefore, should a client-candidate seek employment outside New England, we will assist that candidate in establishing a relationship with a recruiter in that particular region that we feel comfortable recommending. This policy has helped candidates receive offers in New York, Washington, DC., Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Charlotte, Chicago and London.
